Hanna Mears
Hanna started at Marylhurst in 2010 teaching in the preschool and extended-care program while completing her bachelor’s degree. Hanna joined the primary teaching team in 2015 working in the K/1st classroom where she is now a lead teacher. She is a lifelong Oregonian and loves to be outdoors, especially camping and hiking with friends and family. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Southern Oregon University, and has completed training in Orton-Gillingham, Cathy Fosnot, and Bridge 13 Community Education on knowledge and skills to build LGBTQ equity. Hanna has found her passion for education and believes in lifelong learning.
